IPS is looking for the right Customer Service Representative (CSR) with insurance experience, to work in a small, friendly insurance agency in Pleasanton, Ca.

The right candidate must have:

 4 to 5 years of experience in customer service in the insurance industryAbility to handle small to medium size accountsExcellent communication skillsA high level of organization and attention to detail Solid work ethic, positive attitude and reliabilityComputer literate, knowledge of Applied Systems ?California Insurance license
