IPS is searching for an assertive Commercial Lines Producer with aviation experience to swiftly handle an existing book of clients with current middle six-figure commission income.  This position is in a dynamic, high growth insurance brokerage that is dedicated to client satisfaction and offers their employees excellent benefits.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

We seek a qualified aviation expert to sell and market with an opportunity for growth and new production.  You will be servicing existing clients of corporate, pleasure charter and aerial applicators aircraft, airports, flight schools, etc.  The position entails the preparation of aviation insurance proposals, obtaining quotes, processing claims, advising prospective clients, explaining various FAA requirements and the explanation of policy provisions

 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

 P&C licensed producer 10 years of insurance experience preferred, with five years in the Aviation Insurance fieldDetail oriented, organized with good communication and written skills, and supervisory skillsGood Internet research and computer skills, competent with MS WordFamiliar with General Aviation jargon, types of aircraft, FAA Regulations and pilot licensingBachelor or Associate?s degree desired
