CSR/Technical Assistant/Asst Account Manager - Commercial Lines

We are currently looking for an exceptional Account Manager Assistant, Technical Assistant or CSR with experience supporting Commercial Lines. This position offers opportunity to further build your career in insurance, fine-tuning technical ability in processing and servicing middle-market clients. You'll also gain deeper knowledge of products, markets and underwriting guidelines. If you are currently pursuing or have interest in a professional designation, we'll continue to support you in this endeavor.

Some core functions include processing certs, endorsements, loss runs, applications, reviewing policies, auditing policies and files and performing other tasks as assigned by Account Managers and Producers. This position does require proof of a current California Insurance License, Property & Casualty or Fire & Casualty. We are also a paperless environment, experience utilizing AMS/Sagitta is preferred.
