Position Description

Career agents are assigned responsibility for providing ongoing service to a large number of existing clients in an assigned geographic area.  Agents sell life and health insurance and annuity products to new and existing customers.  Agents can expect to work some evening hours, as these are often the best times to reach customers.

 

Career agents are equipped with the latest technology to provide responsive customer-focused service.  Every agent uses a laptop computer in order to access the most current information available as well as an automated, illustrated "needs-based" analysis presentation for new and existing customers.

 

Qualifications

We are looking for ethical, honest, motivated self-starters who enjoy helping people and are looking for a long-term career.  Strong communication skills are a must.  All candidates must meet the company's minimum employment standards.
