The Carrier Relationship Manager serves as a key communication contact and liaison to Applied?s existing carrier customers and industry contacts.  Initiates calls to carriers and informs them about our products, services, and opportunities with Applied.  Ensures achievement of strategic revenue objectives through increased metrics and Applied-focused initiatives. Maintains a positive relationship with current clients in order to facilitate future sales.  Attends industry events, assists with organization and participation of Applied Systems carrier meetings, and schedules follow-up meetings with interface personnel and management team.

 

Education Requirements:

B.A./B.S. in Business or related field, preferred

 

Qualifications:

?  Attention to detail

?  Ability to work on several projects simultaneouslyAbility to work in a fast paced environment under tight deadlines

?  Proficient knowledge of Applied products TAM and Vision, IVANS products, ASP

?  Proficient knowledge of interface solutions (download and broker download, real-time, book roll (agency or company)

?  Proficient about carrier operations

?  Proficient about agency operations

?  Proficient about industry and ACORD standards

?  Proficient in public speaking

?  Proficient in client service Proficiency in MS Office, and other desktop applications
