Dynamic, established, specialized healthcare organization seeks a highly responsible, engaging executive to serve as Chief Financial Officer. Dental Health Services provides innovative high-quality, cost-effective dental benefit solutions throughout California, Oregon and Washington. You will organize, monitor and add value through improved efficiencies, outcome assessment and growth. If you are adept at all aspects of financial management and controls including regulatory compliance, Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), underwriting, forecasting, budgeting, and are prepared to lead a dynamic, dedicated and skilled team, you should contact us immediately. Be prepared to provide leadership and hands-on management of daily administration of information technology, enrollment and claims while directing accounting policies, payroll procedures, and internal controls. You will coach and lead the accounting staff, contribute to staff development, clearly communicate expectations and fine tune performance. CPA License required.
