WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Qualified candidates will have the following requirements:Three Years of Claim Liability Experience with experience in handling more complex claims including strong technical skillsEnthusiasm to work in a team environment to build technical expertise by collaborating with others in difficult cases and to act as a resource to less experienced staffMust have solid experience with the following:  timeliness of actions, investigation, decision making, creating and executing file strategies, liability management, reserving, on-line files managementDemonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service including experience in using diplomacy and tact to effectively avoid or diffuse high-tension situationsSate required certification exams and adjusting licensesAny other certifications are a plus

WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION?

Successful incumbents will be responsible for:

Planning, recommending, reserving, and executing the investigation, valuation, disposition that the customer understands and this is consistent with corporate claim settlement policies.  You will develop and share business knowledge and claim handling expertise with team members and business partners while building constructive and effective relationships both internal and external to the company.
