Job Summary:
Handle routine claims that require minimal investigation. Settle assigned claims promptly and equitably, with the provisions of the policy contract and in accordance with known damages.

Qualifications and Skills Required:
High school diploma or GED, and continuing education related to this job.
2 to 3 years of relevant claims processing experience.
Fundamental knowledge of claims handling processes, systems, and regulatory requirements.
Licensing exam requirements in assigned jurisdictions must be met.
