Claims Adjuster/Adjuster Trainee

The Claims Adjuster is at the heart of our business. Working within company guidelines, the Adjuster will perform the duties necessary to efficiently and effectively research and settle claims.  Duties vary from determining coverage to obtaining estimates and settling claims. A successful candidate will have the mathematical skills to perform the calculations, along with the decision-making skills needed to formulate a settlement. 

 

We are also looking to hire individuals interested in becomming Claims Adjusters. We have positions as Claims Adjuster Trainees currently available. These individuals wouldlearn to perform the duties necessary to efficiently and effectively research and settle claims.  Training varies from learning to determine coverage to obtaining estimates and settling claims. Trainees must have a Bachelor's Degree. Previous insurance or claims experience is helpful.

 

Required Skills/Experience for Claims Adjusters:

Bachelor?s degree

2 to 5 years handling multi-line claims

State licensing may be required in certain geographical areas

Ability to operate PC and software applications

Ability to perform mathematical applications

Analytical and decision-making skills

Two week company paid training class in either Memphis or Tampa.
