Claims Administrative Specialist

ClaimsOne, LLC is currently seeking an entry level Claims Administrative Specialist in our St. Charles, IL location. 

 

Essential Job Duties

 

?  Input claims and enter claim payments into Claim Operating System.

?  Interact with clients and vendors.

?  Open, index and distribute ClaimsOne mail.

?  Generate/print checks for ClaimsOne files.

?  Provide general assistance and support for office adjusters. 

?  Generate reports as needed.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Work Experience

 

?  High School diploma or GED.

?  Strong attention to detail.

?  Highly motivated

?  PC skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

?  Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

?  Ability to manage multiple tasks at one time and prioritize workload.

?  Strong team player who is flexible with a ?can do? attitude.
