As one of the largest parking operators in North America, Impark, manages parking locations in 32 cities across Canada and the U.S. With over 4,000 employees, our goal is to continue to develop and expand our Company and our people. We are seeking a candidate for a Claims Administrator for our Philadelphia branch office.
This individual will be responsible for processing and administrating all customer vehicle claims from our valet operations and our shuttle bus claims. Duties will include filing claims with insurance company as applicable, following up with customers and our internal management team to process and resolve each claim, claims correspondence, and trying to minimize our claims cost through effective claims management and educating our field managers.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of relevant claims management experience, excellent writing skills, good telephone skills, and superior computer skills using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. Attention to detail and the ability to work under time constraints are essential. Must also have excellent time management and organizational skills.
