Description:
AIG Personal Lines Claims, a member of American International Group, Inc. (AIG), an international insurance and financial services organization, has a Claims Business Analyst position available in our Alpharetta, GA location.

What you will do:

Work with the Claims Senior Operating Team (SOT) to specify and develop processes for information access. Assist in the development of new metrics to evaluate pilot studies and projects by the SOT. Ensure that business measurement objectives are accurately translated into report specifications. Develop and maintain operational reports as well as executive summary dashboards that are targeted at measuring overall claims performance. Provide analytics on internal and external business trends and identify solutions to help reduce the critical points of failure that exist in report production and timely provision of information.

What we require:

?BA/BS degree in statistics, economics, business or systems.
?Experience in Oracle SQL and data mining highly preferred.
?Experience in Cognos, ReportNet and Cognos PowerPlay is a plus for this position.
?Must be motivated and driven to exceed expectations.
?Insurance experience beneficial, but not required.
?Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
