Claims Field Adjuster - Personal Auto BI Claims

Description: Under close supervision, manages, investigates and resolves claims of a routine nature and limited exposure assigned by the Claims Team Manager and assists in providing service to policyholders. May perform field investigation on assigned cases and make recommendations on additional work as indicated. With coaching from the Team Manager, trains to manage case load independently.

Qualifications:
Strong written and oral communications skills required. Good interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills required. Customer service experience preferred. Knowledge of legal liability, general insurance policy coverage and the State Tort law. College education or equivalent training. Licensing as required. This is a field position. Auto BI field claims handling experience is required. Company car provided. Starting salary based on experience.
