Claims Investigations Manager

Directs work assignments, scheduling and reviews work-in-progress. Handles all personnel actions including hiring, performance reviews, salary recommendations, and coordinates training and development. Manages quality assurance and claims policy and serves as technical resource to subordinates and others in the organization. Reviews more complex cases and settles or initiates further action within approved authority limits. The preferred location for this position is in our Queens, NY branch office.

Required:

- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- Previous personal lines auto claims experience.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred:

- 5+ years of claims handling experience, at least one of which was in a supervisory capacity
- Proficiency in investigating and successfully resolving fraudulent claims
