Claims Operations Manager

We are currently searching for a Claims Operations Manager to add to our growing team.  This position will manage the technical operations of our corporate and field office claims divisions.  This position will establish quality standards, develop measurement tools and evaluate overall performance.  This position will identify process improvements and develop the necessary training tools to ensure compliance.  A BS in Business, Insurance or related field and a minimum of 10 years claims experience is required.  Prior supervisory or leadership experience is required.Multi-jurisdiction, multi-line claims experience preferred.
