AIG Personal Lines Claims, a member of American International Group, Inc. (AIG), an international insurance and financial services organization, has the following opportunity available in the Alpharetta, GA office space:
CLAIMS REPRESENTATIVE II:
What you will be doing:
? Handle personal lines claims generally involving routing coverage, automobile property damage and small bodily injury.
? Exercise discretion and judgement in evaluation of coverage and liability and the investigation, negotiation and settlement of claims up to established authority.
? Requests outside investigation from independent vendors, as required, and evaluates credibility of witnesses to determine liability.
What we require:
? Bachelor?s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
? Two years personal lines claims adjusting experience including automobile property damage and minor bodily injury claims
? Knowledge of claims adjusting concepts, practices and techniques and the legal and regulatory environment governing claims adjudication.
? Strong oral and written communication skills
? Good customer service skills
