Description:
You will investigate, evaluate, reserve, control and resolve workers compensation claims through contacts with insureds, claimants, witnesses, medical providers, etc. Analyze and obtain data necessary for documentation per policy and jurisdictional regulations. Maintain customer contacts and diary to bring claims to conclusion. Manage claims through web-based technology.

The qualified candidate will have a bachelors degree in Risk Management and Insurance, Liberal Arts, Business Administration or other related field. Must be multi-task oriented with strong attention to detail and possess excellent written and verbal communications skills. Must have a working knowledge of MS office applications. Prior customer service, retail or sales experience a plus.
