The Claims Supervisor Key Responsibilities are:
Reviews reserves of claims supervised to assure timeliness and adequacy.
Conducts file reviews assuring reserve adequacy, case direction and expense control.
Responsible for training and development of staff.
Conducts interviews, performance evaluation and salary reviews on assigned personnel.
Maintains diary on claims supervised extending appropriate direction.
Maintains personal caseload as assigned by Claim Manager or V. P.

What skills you need:
5-7 years adjusting BI/PD auto Claims.
Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience.
Ability to multi-task, works with deadlines, and demonstrates initiative.
Excellent organization and communication skills and strong knowledge of auto insurance industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
