Canal Insurance Company is looking for a Claims Team Manager in Greenville, SC.  The Claims Team Manager position is responsible for providing leadership and direction to a team of adjusters handling auto, property, bodily injury, cargo, and/or general liability claims.  The Team Manager will be responsible for reviewing commercial claims, providing technical claim direction as needed, and evaluating claim handling processes for efficiency and productivity.

 

Candidates for consideration must have a Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration or a related field.  A current adjuster?s license is recommended.  A minimum of seven years of commercial claims handling experience and a minimum of two years management experience are required.  Ideal candidates will have excellent communication, mentoring, teamwork, problem solving, and computer skills.  The ability to multi-task and think creatively are a must.  Experience managing claim litigation is a plus. Relocation expenses may be offered.
