In addition, the successful candidate will be customer service driven and a creative problem-solver.

Job responsibilities:

-????????? Manage all aspects of client employee benefit programs such as health, disability, life, dental and other plans

-????????? Preparation and communication of information to clients and employees about benefit programs, procedures and government-mandated disclosures

-????????? Analyze and evaluate services, coverage and options available through insurance and third-party vendors to determine the programs that best meet the needs of the client

-????????? Negotiate with benefit plan providers and other vendors on behalf of clients

-????????? Advise clients on questions relating to benefits, enrollment, claims, and billing

-????????? Oversee enrollment process including conducting open enrollment meetings and handling enrollment issues

?

Requirements:

-????????? 5+ years experience in a client relations capacity; experience in the group benefits industry is required

-????????? Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required ? ability to analyze written industry materials, write effective presentation materials and present information in a concise, logical manner

-????????? Computer proficiency in Desktop and Internet applications, and aptitude to learn new systems quickly

-????????? Very high degree of competency in MS Office products (particularly Excel, Word and Power Point)

-????????? Ability to manage multiple projects at once, and to adjust to changing workloads and priorities
