Client Service Representative/ Account Manager

Nth Insurance Agency is a Fun, Fresh & Creative insurance brokerage, specializing in Employee Benefit plans.  We are looking for a sharp, professional and caring individual to join our Team! 

 

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

 

- Responsible for taking GREAT care of our existing clients.

- Primary contact for assigned clients and main source for assistance and answers.

- Build trust with clients and strengthen company relationships.

- Visit clients as needed.

- Troubleshoot client problems such as Eligibility, Billing or Medical Claim issues.

- Correspond with insurance carriers, Dr.?s offices & medical groups as needed.

- Create Renewal proposals for Sales Executives.

- Assist with Enrollment Meetings for large groups.

- Represent the Nth Service Team, by accompanying Sales Executives to prospective client companies, when needed.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

 

- College degree required.

- Minimum of 3 years of professional work experience.

- Experience in the Insurance industry and/or having a Life Agent license a definite PLUS, but not mandatory.

- Experience in client relations and servicing.

- Must have a Compassionate spirit and ENJOY helping others.

- EXCEPTIONAL customer service and follow through.

- Ability to Problem Solve proactively ? taking that extra step.

- Good communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to be assertive with insurance carriers to get the required results.

- Detail oriented - catch things before they slip through the crack.

- Professional attitude and appearance ? always prepared for a first impression.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office ? Word & Excel.
