Fast growing Employee Benefits Consulting firm seeks an experienced CSR to assist our clients.



Responsibilities include assisting clients with billing problems, claims issues, new hires, terminations, COBRA administration for large groups and obtaining referrals to specialists on all medical, dental, vision and group life policies.

 

The ideal candidate will have 3 -5 years experience either with a carrier or broker. Candidate should also know Word, Excel & Outlook, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and have a positive attitude. This position requires someone very organized, aggressive at resolving problems, strong ability to follow up and be very detail oriented. All applicants should understand plan benefits for medical and dental.

We offer excellent advancement potential to sales, underwriting or account manager positions.

Will assist you in obtaining your insurance license, if needed.
