Commercial Account Manager and Commercial Sr. CSR
My client is a proven leader in the commercial Insurance industry and they are seeking a Commercial Account Manager and a Commercial Sr. CSR for their growing organization. The client is located in the mid-Pinellas county area and is highly respected in the insurance field. The general job description for both positions:
Commercial Account Manager and Commercial Sr. CSR
Summary: Used advanced insurance knowledge to provide Commercial Lines clients with proper support and service assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Handle daily telephone, e-mail and faxed questions from clients regarding their account
Prepare finance agreement contract
Analyze insurance coverage for clients in order to assist in detailed coverage requests or problems that arise in the maintenance of account
Responsible for account retention
Comparison of estimated versus actual payrolls for clients to assist in annual audit of accounts by carriers
Review client?s coverages and prepares proposals for presentation for Producers. For in house accounts, will prepare proposal and present directly to client
Remarketing of commercial renewals in order to get the broadest coverage for the best price for our clients
Maintain constant communication with Producers on client and carrier issues working to resolution
Assist others when needed
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years experience in Commercial Lines Customer Service or Account Manager2-20 License
Proficient knowledge of insurance coverages and rating
Advanced oral communication skills
Advanced computer knowledge
Advanced problem solving
Advanced written skills
Independent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Able to meet deadlines
Accuracy
High School Education / GED Equivalent needed
Versatile Team Player / consistent dependable attendance required
