Position Description:Multifamily loan administration. Sending expiration notices to borrowersObtaining and reviewing property and casualty insurance certificates and policies for compliance with loan covenantsCommunicating with agents, insurance companies and borrowers regarding insurance coverages Processing or monitoring insurance claims and repairs Disbursing escrow funds for renewals and entering data into software system database. Respond to incoming calls and correspondence related to borrowers? insurance questions and issues. Review industry publications and monitor pending legislation and regulations to determine borrower impact. Incorporate industry updates to maintain compliance with new regulations.
Position Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent. Some college and/or professional training desired. Two years mortgage servicing experience Must be detailed, organized, flexible, motivated, self starter, accurate, punctual, and quick learner. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
