Professional Commercial Lines (P & C) Producer

The Opportunity:

I'm currently searching for talented P & C for a rapidly expanding insurance brokerage with opportunities in the Orange County area.

They are looking for is a strong technical side with hunter traits with experience in the Orange County market. No other broker that I work with on the West Coast rewards their producers as well at this one. Just think of how many brokers reward top producers with a new luxury car as an incentive! They are currently looking for top-notch professional Commercial Lines Producers who possess a strong track record of production success in the broker/agency environment-especially those that have specialty markets and/or program business.

Primary Responsibilities:

Bring in new business revenues by calling on prospective clients to determine their needs, secure interest in, propose and sell risk management services.

Required Experience & Qualifications:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience and success as a Producer in the broker/agency environment.
* Candidates with local market experience and relationships will receive primary consideration (Except in rare circumstances, such as you are bringing a book of business and/or have previous experience and success in the Orange County market.)
* All candidates must possess the appropriate Property and Casualty license.
* Professional Designations and degrees are a plus.
