Commercial Lines Account Manager

 

Due to continued growth, we are seeking two experienced Commercial Lines Account Managers to join our team of insurance professionals.  These Account Managers will be responsible for all aspects of account servicing including reviewing policies and coverage terms, as well as preparing applications, binders and certificates.  Responsibilities also include processing of policies, endorsement requests and other issues related to client service of insurance programs, while coordinating with the Commercial Lines Manager and company underwriters.

Requirements for the first position include at least 5 years experience in medium to large accounts.  Requirements for the second position include at least 2 years experience in commercial insurance.  Knowledge of construction accounts preferred for both positions.  Must possess MA Property Casualty license.  Must be detail oriented, possess a strong customer service orientation, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
