Commercial Vehicle Sales Support
We currently have a Commercial Vehicle Sales Support?opening?in our?Highland Hills?office responsible for working with our Marketing Reps and Independent agents to provides sales support to the field for non-represented states.? In this position you will travel 50 percent of the time to visit agents and prospect new agent opportunities.? You will pprovides support for product activities and regularly communicates with agents and customer service representatives on new product information or changes to existing products.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
?
1. Partners with states sales team in the execution of sales strategy and key initiatives.
2. Travels 50 percent of the time to visit agents and prospect new agent opportunities.
3. Regularly communicates with agents and customer service representatives on new product information or changes to existing products.
4. Builds agent relationships, installs software and trains agents on software usage.
5. Assists agents in resolving technical issues.
6. Visits independent agents in an effort to market assigned product(s) and services.
7. Prospects new independent agents and assists in setting up new agents.
8. Trains and educates agents on key benefits and features of the product.
9. Identifies product opportunities for agencies.
10. Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
?
2-3 years of Commercial Vehicle customer service, sales support, or marketing preferred.? Commercial Vehicle experience required.? Undergraduate studies preferred. Proven knowledge of products, sales distribution channels and contracts. Sales mentality, ability to develop relationships with agents, and good problem solving skills required.? Command of verbal and written communication skills; proven ability to analyze agents' needs and determine appropriate solutions; organization skills.

Associates may be?asked to obtain the required Federal and/or state licenses/registrations within the time period designated by the business unit.? Additional licenses/registrations may be required when new products and services are implemented.?
