Commercial Lines CSR - We're looking for ambitious agents who care. People-oriented and able to work in a team environment, this person will provide superior customer service to policyholders regarding insurance coverage/policy issues and assist with rounding accounts. Responsibilities include servicing a specific book of business that could require some remarketing of renewals, handling incoming questions from customers, issuing certificates, binders, ID cards, etc. Follow up with clients and underwriters to secure additional info as needed.  A thorough knowledge of markets, products, programs and coverages along with at least 2 years of commercial lines experience is required. Must have a NJ Property and Casualty license, ability to communicate directly with companies, able to prioritize your workflow and good time management skills are a plus.  Familiarity with computer software is necessary, although we can provide in-house training on a host of company websites and software.

 

Personal Lines CSR - The ideal candidate must also be energetic, highly motivated, and capable of working independently, yet within a team.  This position will primarily be responsible for taking calls, answering questions and solving problems for policyholders, lien holders and additional insured?s regarding coverages, rates and billing issues.  The ability to deliver caring, knowledgeable and confident phone service is critical.  If you have personal lines experience, are looking to grow your insurance career and have the ability to provide world class customer service, we have an opportunity for you.  Ability to sell the entire package to the customer important.  Must have a NJ Property & Casualty license.  Possibility of managing a small operation could be in the right candidate?s future.
