Comparison Rating Analyst II

Our CRG Analysts make that happen. Youll be a competitor expert performing in-depth analysis of what competitors charge customers for insurance. After the pricing information is programmed into our system, youll work with cross-functional teams to ensure our comparison rates are accurate -- providing a great experience to our customers.

In addition to providing comparisons rates, senior managers will look to use your competitor expertise to provide both qualitative and quantitative analysis about the competitive landscape.

Has developed familiarity with processes and industry. Responsible for analyzing more complex revisions or carriers. May be involved in some project work and may still require consultation from senior team members. Has some reporting responsibility related to competitor reporting. Takes direction from Manager/Mentor on most project issues; some work is reviewed. Basic level of expertise in knowledge of systems, carriers, processes and insurance industry. Active project team member. Will run standardized competitive analysis reports. Carrier and project complexity will be commensurate with level (medium complex carriers/revisions). Limited to basic idea generation/process improvement.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- Masters degree a plus
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Proven ability to understand legal-like nature of regulatory filings

- Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-intensive environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced spread sheet skills (Excel)
