We are in search of a proactive insurance professional to serve as a Compliance Manager in our brand-new Cincinnati, OH office. In this role, you would manage multiple teams and provide guidance on complex legal issues while enjoying high visibility and plenty of autonomy. Primary responsibilities include:



Managing multiple teams focused on the legal aspects of our claims business


Overseeing workflow for all incoming ERISA appeals


Ensuring requirement compliance and enforcing company policy


Training, mentoring and providing evaluation to direct reports


Overseeing HIPPA, COBRA, Sect. 125, and other regulations 



Extensive management experience is essential to this role, along with significant experience in a benefit-based organization. Knowledge of HIPPA provisions and ERISA and Medicare regulations is ideal. A background as a paralegal or researching laws and regulations is highly preferred. Business operations experience is also preferred. Computer skills are needed.
