The Medicare Integrated Consumer Experience group seeks a Consumer Behavior Research Specialists to join the group and play a key role in human-centered analysis and innovation.
The Medicare Integrated Consumer Experience group is a internal consulting group with roles in observation, analysis and collaborative ideation.
The role involves working collaboratively, creatively and flexibly within interdisciplinary teams, and with our internal stakeholders, to create services experiences that are informed and inspired by people's behavior and experience - physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and cultural issues. The Medicare Integrated Consumer Experience group is a internal consulting group with roles in observation, analysis and collaborative ideation.

Role Essentials
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Expertise in human behavior and sociology is required
Are able to work in teams with a broad variety of people
Must have in-depth knowledge and experience of: human factors and cognitive psychology theory and application; effective methods of working with R&D teams, customers, trends, governmental factors and emerging research and technologies affecting product usability.
3+ years working experience in health insurance or in market/industry research with more responsible work experience with the design of new products
Reporting Relationships
You will be in the Innovation Center area under the direction of the Senior VP and Chief Innovation Officer.
