Crop Marketing Representative

To develop a growing volume of profitable Crop business. To build a sound agency plant within an assigned territory.

Produces a quantity and quality of business consistent with marketing quotas and underwriting philosphy. Locate and appoints new agencies to produce business consistent with marketing quotas and underwriting philosophy. Assist manager in the development and implementation of marketing plan for given territory.

Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent business/work experience. Agricultural background in farming or ag related business and/or knowledge of agricultural practices preferred.
