Customer Service Associate (Commissions Associate)

This position is located in Dresher, PA.


Job Description:


The Customer Service Associate position is available within the Annuity Services division. The primary responsibilities will surround agent of record changes and commission payments generated from annuity sales. This will include the processing of customer requests resulting from mail (both Electronic and paper) and telephone referrals. This customer service position requires extensive interaction with both proprietary and third party distribution channels. The position will require research resulting from inquiries for both internal and external business partners. In addition the incumbent will be responsible for corrective processing, trade estimations, agent maintenance on active annuity contracts, and accounting suspense management. The person who fills this position will partner with other areas within the division, across sites, and other business units to implement approved solutions and improvements to the payment of annuity commissions. Must be able to share information with counterparts and serve as a resource for individual functional contacts.
