Customer Service Insurance Representative

Dynamic, Fast Growing Farmers Insurance Agency in South Orange County seeking a turn key personal lines Customer Service Representative who will help grow our book of business doing all phases such as account development, quoting, processing, customer service, all with high work ethic and attention to detail. WPM 40+, with Intermediate skill in word, excel, and outlook. Bilingual a plus. Candidate must have 2 years experience with insurance background.  Farmers experience a plus. 

 

Minimum 2 years of experience with insurance customer service and cross-selling products.

 

  ?  Personal Lines or Property/Casualty Insurance License preferred/ Financial assistance

to obtain license

? Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

? Professional appearance, demeanor and understanding of appropriate business etiquette

? Fast learner with the ability to retain information

? Knowledge of and experience with insurance automated systems

? Solid computer skills: MS Office

? Familiarity with ACCORD forms

? SUPERB telephone customer service etiquette in a fast-paced, high volume call environment

? SUPERB face-to-face communication skills

? Highly organized and detail-oriented

? College degree preferred but not required

? FARMERS Insurance experience a BIG plus.

Quoting personal lines products
Processing of paperwork
Cross-selling of product lines
Administrative duties
General office supervision when agent is out of office
