Liberty Mutual Agency Markets - Business Solutions Group, Customer Service Center

The Customer Service Coordinator is our Customers' primary contact at Liberty. Operating under limited supervision, the Service Coordinator is responsible for performing and coordinating all account service activities, including but not limited to, the renewal process, additional lines, billing, and the delivery of products and services.

Qualifications:
Minimum: Must demonstrate strong customer service skills including solid verbal and written communication skills; Must have the ability to creatively solve problems and effectively resolve conflicts; Must posess strong organization skills and display initiative in his/her work; Must be a leader.

Requires flexible hours.

Requires an understanding and working knowledge of technical procedures of insurance coverages, rating/coding manuals, and audit, pricing, and selection rules, in addition to statutory and company compliance regulations. Must aquire and maintain specific knowledge of all products, services, and other activities that impact the Customer.

High School diploma or equivalent training; Three (3) years of related insurance sales/service experience; Must be licensed, if required by the state(s).
