Personal Lines CSR position Available:


Responsible for all aspects of personal lines customer service. This includes but is not limited to:

1) Manage personal line customer insurance issues
2) Quote and write new business
3) Create/Manage policies in AMS software.
4) Review and remarket existing customer policies.
5) Resolve billing issues for customers.
6) Oversee processor work and procedures
7) Coordinate issues between customers, carriers, leinholders, mortgage companies, etc.
8) Assist producers


Must be licensed; 3-5 years experience preferred. AMS software knowledge a plus.
