Customer Service Representative Trainer

BISYS Commercial Insurance Services is a market leading independent wholesale distributor of commercial property/casualty insurance, linking a national network of approximately 3,000 retail brokers and agents with the products provided by over 100 leading P&C carriers.

 

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative Trainer with 3 years licensed commercial lines CSR and AMS/AFW experience for our Retail division.

 

 

Job Functions and Responsibilities:

 
Provide initial 90 day training to new associates and additional 90 day follow up
Trainee will report directly to trainer for the initial 90 days
Key role in the Support Leadership Team to develop, implement and ensure compliance with BISYS requirements and established agency procedures and processes
Provide temporary support as backup for key positions, if time permits, to maintain current knowledge of each departments daily processes, workflows and underwriting guidelines
Help keep Retail departments up to date with changes in company coverages and underwriting requirements
Maintain current forms and applications in Word, AFW and on website with assistance from IT



Requirements:

 
Minimum of 3 years licensed Commercial Lines CSR and AFW experience
Proficient at intermediate level or above in MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
Organized, self-directed, analytical, good problem solving skills, people skills and diplomatic 
Team player, leadership ability and excellent written and verbal communication skills
May require some travel to remote agencies and /or conferences
