Dental Claims Department Manager

Large claims operation that handles the processing of a large volume of dental claims is in search of a Claims Manager with complete knowledge of dental procedures and industry standard of claims handling.?Must be able to read and understand policy and?plan languages.? Must ensure legal compliance by following company policies, procedures, guidelines, as well as state and federal insurance regulations.?Must understand and comply with all aspects of HIPAA regulations.? Must be proficient in Word and EXCEL. This position requires the management of approximately 20 employees, making sure that each employee is fully trained, meets production standards and meets acceptable standards of accuracy.? Applicant must be very customer service oriented with excellent spoken and written communication skills.?
