UTILIZATION CONSULTANT

You will provide financial and utilization analysis and consulting, focused mainly on PPO and Fee-For-Service products. You will manage the Dental Program?s ongoing efforts in internal and external capacity planning and participate in the program?s Rate Setting and Operational Budget work, as well as provide solutions to meet financial targets.

 

This position requires an experienced consultant/analyst with the ability to set realistic goals and achieve results through collaboration and teamwork. You must have a bachelor?s degree in business or other analytical discipline or equivalent, strong spreadsheet, database and computer skills, and 3-5 years of consulting/analytical experience in a large healthcare or insurance organization. At least 3 years with fee schedule management/analysis, utilization and pricing analysis is essential.

 

Salary range: $59,300 - $80,700 per year
