Job Description: Responds and/or refers visitor or caller inquires and requests to the appropriate staff member Schedules appointments and maintain supervisor's calendar Organizes and maintains records, files, procedural manuals, reference materials, data, and miscellaneous information Prepares correspondence, reports, and/or materials for appointments, meetings, etc. Receives, opens, and/or distributes mail, printed materials, supplies, etc Requisitions supplies, equipment, printing, maintenance, and other services Arranges meeting facility, seating, refreshments, equipment, and other services, as requested May arrange travel and lodging reservations Applies discretion and appropriate security measures in handling confidential and sensitive information Position may require supporting more than one manager or a large department Excel and Access experience
