THE OPPORTUNITY?Provide system and administrative support for all aspects of the Life and Annuity Expense Allowance Plan including overseeing the automated calculation of monthly allowances, manual processing of exception requests and determination of qualifications for new enrollees.  Resolve problems relating to all aspects of the Life and Annuity Expense Allowance Plan; inform and counsel senior management of problem resolution and changes to plans.Provide system and administrative support for all aspects of the Life and Annuity Persistency Bonus including overseeing the automated calculation of annual payments, manually processing mid year payments and exception requests.Provide administrative support for all aspects of the Shared Success plan.Oversee enrollment into the Successor Agent Program; administer successor agent allowance.Provide system and administration support for all aspects of the Professional Liability Plan.  This includes responsibility for the training of agents on the provisions of the Plan.Research and resolve inquiries and complaints on all of the above programs.  This includes telephone calls and correspondence with agents, all levels of Field management and Home Office senior management.Develop and review field literature relating to agent compensation, including Field News, Tom Comp Booklet, Agency Portal, and agent recruiting material.Supervise a staff of two in some or all of the above.

 

WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED? Bachelor?s degree or equivalent business experienceBasic knowledge of Life Insurance and Annuity ProductsSolid database management skillsUnderstanding of agent compensation plans a plusStrong oral and written communication skills
