Essential Skills
The position will involve covering a portfolio of U.S. monoline bond insurance companies and assisting in related industry research and analysis. Responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, writing and publishing research reports and participating in the evaluation of credits.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years relevant experience for Director and 7+ years experience for Senior Director analyzing financial institutions and/or insurance companies. Must be a self-motivated professional with strong credit and spreadsheet analysis skills, have excellent writing and communication skills and the ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously. CFA and/or MBA, as well as experience working with financial models a plus.
