Director, Servicing Operations

ZC Sterling has an immediate opening for a Director of Servicing Operations located in Irvine, CA .

 

Brief Job Description: Lead a team of Client Support professionals in providing value added quality service and support to assigned customers. Strategically plan and direct the Client Support teams to achieve Service Level Agreements. Utilize statistical information, trending analyses and profitability data to ensure operational efficiencies, quality management and achievement of corporate objectives. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Assure team?s ability to meet contractual obligations and internal standards by directing, developing and coaching Client Support management team. Manage to quality goals through client audits and management audits to ensure level of quality and customer satisfaction goals are met. Prepare division budget and manage to division and corporate financial objectives. Manage to production goals to ensure that the organization is meeting or exceeding corporate financial goals. Manage to ensure the organization managed efficiently to ensure client expectations are met. Manage organization to ensure client satisfaction and expectations are met. Manage projects, initiatives and tasks as assigned. Provide management development in the area of Client Support management as it relates to corporate product offerings to ensure that skill set is maximized. Continue Personal Development to ensure growth in the area of leadership and call center management meets the ongoing needs of the organization and the corporation.

 

Applicants for this position should possess the following qualifications:Four year degree or equivalent. At least 3 ? 5 years experience in a Insurance, Mortgage or related field. Analytical ability at a level sufficient to understand and drive operational efficiencies. Communication skills sufficient to interact effectively at all levels of corporate structure. Ability to prioritize effectively and complete multiple tasks within assigned deadlines. Knowledge of HR policies and practices. Ability to travel as needed. Noise and work activity at a level normal to most office environments. Attendance and punctuality at a level with company standards. Ability to operate office equipment and computer terminal necessary to the position. Commitment to company mission and vision demonstrated daily. Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, changing environment. Ability to successfully manage diverse work teams.
