Our Market we target, which is 50 and over, is the fastest growing segment of the population today and the products we sell are in tremendous demand.

 

We have a unique online Lead System (SMARTT) where agents and managers access the available lead sources, i.e. current policyholders, Direct Mail Leads, LTC scored, etc.

 

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Director of Sales Operations  to recruit and train sales representatives.

Requirements:
Experience in Building Sales operations.
Ability to recruit and train sales representatives
Experience and familiarity with health insurance products for seniors.
Knowledge and familiarity with the health insurance market
Five to seven years experience and proven track record running a senior sales organization in the senior health insurance field.
Senior distribution background with extensive LTC and Medicare supplement product experience.
Outstanding oral, public speaking and written communication skills.
 A minimum of an undergraduate degree or two years of college, plus significant direct, relevant experience is required.
