The Director of Worker's Compensation Services is responsible for oversight of FOCUS Healthcare's Technical Operations, Panel Production and PT Net scheduling departments. This position works in conjunction with the Sales and Account Management departments to strategically plan the future direction of these products. Additionally, this position will partner with account management for strategic planning and translates these needs to the technical team for execution.

-Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years management experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
-Ability to manage in a technical/production environment
-Technical understanding of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a field such as relational databases, software programming and system applications
-Excellent customer service skills
-Willing to travel as required
