Woodruff-Sawyer & Co., one of the nation?s leading insurance brokerage firms, is looking for an organized, creative and dynamic individual for the Employee Benefits Emerging Business Leader/Account Manager position.  Based in San Francisco?s financial district, Woodruff-Sawyer has been ranked one of the top places to work in the Bay Area. 

 

This unique position focuses on the under 100 business segment. Working in both the AB1672 marketplace in addition to the 51-100 marketplace, you will work with emerging organizations. You will be responsible for running this book of business in conjunction with several support staff. This would include not only day to day account management responsibility, but also working with our production team to close new business as appropriate.

 

This position requires someone with a strong account management and project management background due to the volume of clients. It requires working knowledge of the AB1672 marketplace in addition to the 51+ marketplace. Experience with moving groups out of a PEO desired.

 

The ideal candidate would be someone who enjoys working in a team environment and likes to mentor and develop junior team members.

 

A 4-year degree plus 6 years employee benefits experience (brokerage or carrier).
