Intercare Insurance Solutions (formerly VIIA Insurance Services) is a dynamic and growing brokerage throughout California.  The Del Mar office has premier accounts and clients. This position works with the Sales Producers on renewals, new business, and customer service reports.  It is visible and highly valued.

 

The successful candidate will:

 Interpret data for inclusion in a Request for Proposal.  Organize bids received and follow-up on non-responses and late submissions.  Review insurance bids for compliance with RFP specifications and identify key differences in bids.  Maintain client database and client access to external online portals.  Create presentations and assist with client related service issued including enrollment meetings if necessary.Possess good written and verbal skills in English are a must.  Be able to work independently in a fast paced environment.  Have the ability to speak in front of groups.  Conversational Spanish-speaking ability is a plus.  Be at the Intermediate level of knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.  Knowledge of Project Management and Database software a plus.
