Employee Benefits Client Service Representative
Austin & Co., Inc. has provided employee benefits and protected business and personal assets since 1853. The agency provides professional insurance advice necessary to assist in understanding and coping with the complexity of business insurance programs. As a Client Service Representative within our Employee Benefits Group, you will liaison between insurance carriers and current and prospective clients to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction. A representative list of duties for this position is as follows:
Professionally service the benefits insurance needs of assigned clients, to include renewal facilitation, marketing research, proposal preparation, billing issues, group paperwork, Excel files, HR assistance, etc.
Continually analyze existing client coverage needs, discussing changes and upgrades that may be appropriate with management.
In cooperation with management, analyze the current benefit profile and coverage needs of prospective clients. Market as necessary and prepare results for management review.
Review, track & process commissions in a timely and accurate manner. This includes but is not limited to submission of new broker of record letters, tracking for receipt, update of in house tracking systems to reflect proper premium information.
We seek candidates with at least 1 year of professional experience in the area of Human Resources or direct employment experience with insurance carriers.
