Endorsement Processor/Backup CSR

Job description:

- Count and report the number of endorsements and suspense items received every day

- Process endorsements, responses to our underwriting letters, and suspense/diary lists for requests not responded to

- Back up and assist with taking customer service calls when needed

- Other duties including assisting in other areas of the underwriting department as needed and/or assigned

 

Job Requirements:

- High school diploma or the equivalent

- A minimum of two years background in automobile insurance is required which includes experience in processing transactions and customer service

- Courses in insurance would be beneficial but not required

- Bilingual is definitely a plus but is not required

- Must be willing to put in overtime when needed

- Must be capable of and desire to provide excellent customer service both in processing and on the phone
