Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

 

The trainee Field Enrollment Manager position focuses on four primary areas;

training, mentoring/relationship development, market analysis and effective

selling techniques.



 

Job Specifications:

 

Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.

Must have strong management skills.

Strong presentation skills.

Will Need to be Licensed to solicit insurance in the states within assigned

territory.

College degree strongly preferred.

Familiarity with financial and business concepts.

Active in local insurance community through advanced education and affiliation

memberships.

Ability to travel.
